Not a dance class. A framework for connection, regulation, and breakthrough — delivered through guided movement that works on the nervous system at a level a lecture never could. Used in schools, educator conferences, corporate events, and community programs across the country.
Recent Example · Staff Enrichment
The photos above are from a Los Niños staff enrichment session — teachers experiencing Salsa Therapy™ firsthand. When educators feel it in their own bodies, they understand exactly why it works for their students.
Breaks Barriers
Movement bypasses the walls people build in traditional training. Everyone starts in the same place — off-balance and laughing. That's where real connection begins.
Regulates the Nervous System
Rhythmic movement is one of the most evidence-based tools for stress regulation. Salsa Therapy™ makes it accessible, cultural, and something people actually want to do again.
Builds Community Fast
Something happens when people move together that a team-building exercise never achieves. Shared experience in minutes — not months of relationship-building.
Teachers can't pour from an empty cup. Triple M gives them a structured, repeatable morning practice — 10 to 15 minutes of intentional movement, mindfulness, and affirmation that resets the nervous system before the first student walks through the door.
Phase 1 · The Launch
Facilitated Session or Train-the-Trainer
Stan comes in — or trains a designated staff champion — to introduce Triple M to the full faculty. Teachers experience the practice firsthand, learn the framework, and understand the why behind every element. This is how it becomes theirs.
→Full faculty introduction session
→Staff champion certification available
→Facilitator guide and resource materials included
→Pairs naturally with Salsa Therapy™ kickoff day
Phase 2 · The Daily Practice
Self-Led Classroom-Ready
Once trained, teachers own it. Every morning — or as a kick-off to any school activity — they lead their own 10 to 15 minute Triple M practice. No outside facilitator needed. No special equipment. Just intention, movement, and a few minutes that change the whole day.
→10–15 minutes, fully self-led
→Structured sequence: Move, Breathe, Affirm
→Works in any classroom — no gym required
→Can be used with students as a morning opener

The full semester program for grades 6–8. CASEL-aligned. Teacher-led. Built for districts serious about sustainable SEL.
A structured morning practice that gives teachers and students a consistent, research-backed way to start the day — grounded, regulated, and ready. Not a one-time event. A daily rhythm that becomes part of school culture.
Phase 1 · Launch
Facilitated Full Session
Stan leads the school or staff through the complete Triple M™ experience — establishing the framework, the movements, the language, and the intention behind the practice. This is the foundation everything else builds on. Teachers leave knowing exactly what it is, why it works, and how to lead it themselves.
Phase 2 · Train the Trainer
Teacher Certification
Selected staff are certified to lead Triple M™ independently. They receive the full protocol, facilitation guide, and ongoing support — so the practice belongs to the school, not to the calendar availability of an outside facilitator. Your teachers own it.
Phase 3 · Daily Practice
10–15 Minutes. Every Morning.
A self-led, classroom-level practice teachers facilitate with their own students each morning. Intentional movement, breathwork, and affirmation — structured enough to be consistent, flexible enough to fit any classroom. A kickoff to first period or a standalone morning ritual that sets the tone for the entire day.
Sets the Nervous System
The first 10 minutes of a school day determine the emotional climate for the next six hours. Triple M™ uses intentional movement to regulate stress before it accumulates.
Builds Classroom Culture
Shared rituals build belonging. When a class moves together every morning, something shifts — trust builds faster, conflict decreases, and students feel seen before the first lesson begins.
Gateway to Curriculum
Triple M™ is where students and teachers first experience the TERM™ framework in action. Schools that begin here consistently deepen into the full Energy Academy™ curriculum — because they've already felt it work.
"Teachers let us know how important and timely this was — and how much they needed the affirmation and movement."
